General FAQs

Where are the Roadshow locations?
Each Porsche Centre has private location(s) selected to accommodate unique driving events. Once your request for a test drive experience has been approved, your scheduled time and location information will be sent to you in a confirmation email.

What are the dates of Roadshow events?
Each Porsche Centre has their dates displayed on the event selection page found here.

What is the participation fee?
There is no fee for participating in the Porsche Roadshow. However, space is limited.

What can I expect during the driving experience?
Confirmed drivers for the Porsche Roadshow Canada will have an opportunity to test drive a vehicle on the road as well as have an opportunity to drive on a private closed course area. Depending on the event location, these driving capabilities may have a need to be adapted.

How long will the driving experience last?
Confirmed drivers should expect for their test drive window to last roughly a two (2) hour time frame. Due to current Covid-19 safety measures, it is recommended that participants do not arrive far in advance of their test drive window, or stay on-site well beyond when their test drive concludes.

How many guests can I bring?
Each driving participant will be responsible for their own experience request. Passengers are not allowed on the dynamic driving course. On the road drive, only members of the same household may occupy the same vehicle due to safety restrictions.

Where can I park my car?
Parking for participant vehicles will be clearly outlined in the participation confirmation email. Signage will be displayed onsite for exact location.

What COVID-19 protocols are in place?
Each guest is responsible for adhering to local laws regarding Personal Protection Equipment and travel. Common areas such as test drive vehicles or the pop-up event centre will be staffed by Porsche Canada and disinfected between drivers and at frequent intervals.

What is the cancellation policy?
In the event that you do need to cancel your participation in the Porsche Roadshow for any reason, please contact us at PorscheExperience@Porsche.ca to allow another participant the chance to enjoy the experience. Reservations are non-transferable.

Will the event still proceed if it rains?
